We had storm damage in July, they covered all repairs needed from the storm. Roof damage, house damage and total loss of car. They replaced our entire roof, siding on house and other repairs that go along with roof and siding. They gave us the value of our car to replace the one that was totaled. They also took care of cost to remove tree that damaged house and car. Our agent Sherry Lange was very informative and let us in the loop. She answered any questions we had and helped us reach the right people. I would recommend her business if anyone asked or needed her service..I have been with American Family Insurance for over 40 years. They have always been there for us when we needed them.

They were more than helpful many years ago when we had some very unexpected flood damage to our home, due to a pipe which burst. I recommend this agency very highly!
