I went in with my grandfather to see how much it is to add a car onto his insurance and the woman that "helped" us was extremely rude and unprofessional. She at one point said "I just work here" which is not something you say to a customer. My grandfather told her when we came in that he didn't have money to pay for it today and we just wanted to know how much it is and if the payment can be scheduled for after the 1st with the other cars. She proceeded to add the car on and told us only once she gave us the price, after it was stated he didn't have money today.
