Great service and best customer service here, the people here helped me understand my policy and with a great price. They are very friendly and the owner Yrene is a very smart woman who knows her stuff and was able to explain and answer all of the concerns I had. I recommend going here, they'll get you right.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I called because I need a car registered and titled that I recently purchased, but I am worried I was missing a part of the title transfer. Irene told me to send her pictures of the title and she responded hours later with price and ignored my concerns and questions. When I called to confirm title could be transferred before I took the 2 hour drive to the office only to be turned away, she told me she will not service me because “I have too many problems and she knows how to do her job.” I have an Aunt who owns the same type of business, but in another state and she confirmed that the way the title is, the DMV will not process it. So essentially Irene was attempting to take my money and fake the title transfer and registration of my vehicle. DO NOT

I have been doing business with Amazon for many years, Amazon insurance is the most honest and reliable insurance agent one can get. The owner - manager of this company Yrena is the nicest business woman I encountered.

I recommend this place..They are really friendly and are fast and efficient. I’ve been to other insurance places where they charge me so much and are so rude but the people that work there help you find the best prices.
