Adam was absolutely amazing to work with! He helped me get auto insurance quotes for both me and my oldest, and also included homeowners insurance so we could bundle and save. Saving money is always important, but as a single mom of three, it truly means even more — and he understood that. He was incredibly informative, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was his patience. It took me a few days to get back to him after he sent the quotes (which he provided super quickly after I first reached out!), and he never once made me feel pressured or rushed. I have worked with dusty Lucy going on 5 .years. I have not had the chsnce to work with Alyson. Dusty handles all my family’s insurance needs. I was in a major wreck 12-4-25 and I called Dusty from the hospital, once I was released he was one of the phone calls I received just to genuinely check on me! That speaks volumes on his character. I recently got a new used car since mine was a total loss. I know Dusty and Alycen were busy over the Christmas holiday so he had London call me. She was just as great as Dusty. If I could give Dusty 10 stars that would have been done years ago! London gets a solid 10! Just a great group of people who genuinely care about their clients! Given the positive reviews from others, perhaps my negative experience was the result of the individual agent I was randomly assigned when my former agency sold to Alycen Lucy. My experience with this individual was not positive. After 20+ years with Farmers, and during a very difficult experience with them over a major, no-fault claim, I heard from this woman once—only when she wanted to ensure the next year’s renewal. When I shared my reluctance to renew given my experience, she told me I would have trouble finding an alternative given the open claim, exacerbating what is already a highly stressful situation with further anxiety.
