I'm an optimist. I'm a positive person (check my other reviews). However, I have to say that THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I have ever done finances with. I used them as an auto lender. I paid off my vehicle early. SO FAR IT HAS BEEN OVER 5 WEEKS before the claim to "process" the title. Now, they say I have to wait another 7-10 business days before they have the State to electronically produce a title. WHAT!!!???? Yes, I sent them certified funds, so I should have received my title WEEKS AGO... Oh... the chat... AWFUL!! The phone customer service... AWFUL and not very English literate. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT do business with this company!

This is the second time I've had them finance a vehicle through them and this time has been the ABSOLUTE WORST EVER. I made a payment for my vehicle through an online banking institute and have called several times to get this straightened out and nothing has happened asked several times to speak to a manager and they are constantly saying there is no manager on at the time, how many businesses do not have a manager at work when paying customers are calling. I have supplied them with all of the paperwork several times and they are constantly saying that they do not see the payment. Currently looking to find another financial institution to finance my truck because I am sick of this company. It's been a month and I am still waiting to hear back from a manager

This is the worst financial company ever! Worst customer service! They seem like they don’t know what their policies say. Fake email notifications and app that doesn’t even work! I paid off my car and somehow they just want to hold on to my title! An electronic title release ONLY TAKES A PUSH OF THE BUTTON! Website is constantly down. Employees who don’t even understand how to use their software in locating information. Be extremely careful when financing with this company! They will literally hold your payoff funds to just accumulate interest. A million dollar company wants to make cents! I wish they would go out of business!

This is by far the worst finance company. They tag fres on without letting you know. You cannot speak to a manager when needed. The customer service is non- existent.

Poor customer can be found here. They also removed the app this year for auto loan customers, very nice. They don't offer refinancing on your auto loan despite positive credit rating and payment history. Something I was told they did offer when I went with them. If you can get financed somewhere else, do it.
