Really awful experience with this insurance group. My first year was smooth and now I’m completely having the opposite experience. I saw my insurance premium increase when I have had to claims, or accidents. I called to cancel my auto insurance plan on 6/11. I spoke with an agent that shared they would cancel the policy and I would not be charged. I additionally asked the agent to have Estella call me to review my auto policy together before I accept the terms or move forward with the coverage. The agent said they’d make sure to pass that message to Estella. I never got a call so I assumed Estella did not want my families business and I begin looking for new auto insurance. Today 6/20 I woke up to the money withdrawn from my debit account. This was 100% unauthorized and a poor business pra
