Great service and responsive manager who takes care of problems with professionalism. Genoveva did an excellent job getting me a policy for my hard-to-insure condo. Sabrina did extremely good work making sure I received the policy paperwork and helping me understand the policy I had purchased. I highly recommend this team if you need responsive insurance agents.

Robert has been my insurance agent for 30 years and still providing awesome service! So knowledgeable, personal and honest! He has always made sure I wasnt over covered or under covered. He is very ethical and a volunteer/contributor to his community around him. I highly recomend him in your team of providers.

Extremely Disappointed with Pinnacle Agency This is by far the worst agency I’ve ever dealt with. While the receptionist may sound helpful, my experience with them has been a complete disaster. Despite numerous follow-ups, I never received a callback from an agent, despite promises that one would contact me. Two weeks ago, I called to ask if Pinnacle could be my agent and help renew my policy with American Modern. I was instructed to email my policy, which I did promptly. Since then, I’ve called multiple times, each time being assured that an agent would call me back—but that call never came. As my policy’s expiration date drew near, I was reassured once again that I’d be taken care of before the policy expired. I called today, hoping to get the issue resolved, but once again, no callba

They are very kind and informative about the homeowners insurance we are getting from them. I am thinking to get other insurances from them. Hideo
