Allstate Insurance: David Ager

The Allstate agents failed to communicate the specific to NC cancellation fees that are buried in page 20 of the policy. My new agent's reaction was "Yikes, that is a steep cancellation fee!". I don't see them that high very often and I've been doing this for over 30 years". So beware of Allstate's buried fees.

I have had home insurance through this agency for years. I have gotten the absolutely best service, namely with Barbara Ager and Caroline Pecnik. When I review, I almost never give 5 stars because to me, you have to go above and beyond to get a perfect rating. In all my years I have rarely, if ever, encountered the level of service that I receive from Barbara Ager. She is perfection when it comes to taking care of their customers.
