I recently changed my insurance to Allstate after being with a company 40 years. I was a little reluctant not knowing what kind of service I would get even though I saved a a lot money by a bundling my house and car. I've had questions from time to time and I've always been able to reach one specific agent Mindy Echols. She has been so courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and prompt in her responses. She has made me aware of different programs I can participate in to bring my insurance premium down even more. That is what I call excellent customer service. I am extremely pleased with my service with Allstate. Since moving to GA from FL, Ryan and his team have been extremely helpful in getting us set up with the best policies for our family. Everyone on the team is great! Ryan's office was great at handling the homeowners policy for our first home. He did great to give us the best rate possible and worked very quickly with the mortgage company. Closing was super smooth and I definitely made the right choice to go with Ryan instead of State Farm.

If you have not done so, ask them to review your coverage, their knowledgeable team can go over all the coverage and let you know if you are missing out on any discounts and they will discuss with you if you have any gps in your coverage!!
