Not entirely sure why prices go up every year instead of going down as no accident, tickets or anything being reported?

It is with great pleasure that I have moved on finally to another insurance agency. They were so nice in the beginning to get my business but the follow up and contact while wanting to keep my business was poor at best. After my homeowners tripled this season (Aug. 2023) I found another agency (Rates were less than last year's policy) with a good rating and moved all of my insured items over. Never a follow up, never easy to get in touch with and now I am sure I will hear from them with calls that should have been occurring over the last 2 years. Shop around and make sure you are properly covered. Billy Cornell was my agent but he never advised me on any issues that could have possibly helped me further. As a Realtor this would never fly in our business, so why should it be this way

This agency’s communication skills go over and beyond. Every time I call, I get a “live” person who takes care of what I need done immediately. Never had 1 problem or issue👍🏻 We have house and auto with them…highly recommend!

Kristen and her team are amazing. She not only saved me over 1,000.00 on my homeowners insurance but she also saved me money on my car insurance. A process that with other companies has taken nearly an hour, she was able to complete in less than 10 minutes. I switched to this Allstate office and have been very happy since. I found them to be responsive to my needs, very professional and took time to explain coverage options. Most recently, I had a problem with an Allstate agency for a property in another state. I made multiple calls and was always put into a voice messaging system. I left messages over multiple days with not call backs. I reached out to Billy in the Cantoni agency for help. He immediately looked into what he could do to help. He was successful in meeting my need. That is what I call outstanding customer service.
