Vernetta Myles is amazing! 5 stars for Vernetta! My car was deemed totaled after Imelda a couple of weeks ago. Vernetta is my inside adjuster, and she was calm and helpful throughout our call today (despite my moment of frustrations with the claims process/duration - when I called in to start the claims process Sep 19, I was told I'll hear back within 48 hrs and I didn't hear anything until Tues. Sep 24 - so a star dinged for that). There was another person handling my claim who was also friendly, but the claim got reassigned to Vernetta today or yesterday, and already she has taken necessary steps and made calls to my car's dealership (lease vehicle) to figure out information for the claim. I'm waiting to get the evaluation report but am glad to hear some part of the payoff amount could
