I have been with Allstate for the past 5 years and do not plan on going to any other insurance company. I first joined when Richard Black was still the Fortuna Agent. I was sad to see him leave but I am so glad that Kevin Bradley has become the new local agent. He really gets to know his customers on a personal level. He genuinely cares and it really makes a difference. He is always helpful and will help steer you in the right direction. A person is only as good as their team. Kevin also has a great group of kind professionals. They also care and will do their absolute best to help you. Kindness, caring, and professionalism make for the best customer service at this agency and you will not be disappointed!

I would not recommend doing business w/this local agent. I had moved from State Farm when Don Brown was my agent which was always so helpful, thinking that I could get the same treatment from Kevin. On the contrary it hasn't been anything but discouraging and a hassle. I was not really able to get a hold of him. He never told me that they had an early termination fee if insurance was cancelled w/in the 1st term. Allstate never gave me a refund for the difference on my vehicle insurance and on top of that he sent us to collections w/out ever sending us a letter or notice. I had never had any of this happen w/any other insurance company. Save yourself the trouble, I wished I had.

I have an auto insurance policy that I got through my Allstate agent Kevin Bradley. From the first day he has put my best interest first and making sure that I am protected. he has been extremely professional and help full with my policy needs .He has gone above and beyond what I expected I now consider Kevin to be more than my agent but my friend as well .

Kevin has been no help to my husband and I after an issue with our policy and being involved in a car accident. We have tried to call him for 5 months and he wouldn't answer or call us back. After finally getting ahold of him last week, he told my husband that he has other more important customers. We have had more than one problem with him, I highly recommend that you do not have him as your agent.

Fantastic, Kevin is amazing this was my first time not using a online company. They took the time to explain different scenarios and appropriate coverage for my life and family. I have and will continue to reccomend Kevin Bradley. If you live in fortuna or anywhere in Humboldt county you would be well advised to make an appointment and hear him out I was dragged in by a family member and it was the best thing to ever happen to me insurance wise. GREAT RATES with awesome coverage. Way better than the website if your reading this and follow through with going. You will be writing a glowing review aswell.
