absolutely unnecessary middle man in the process of refinancing a vehicle through my local credit union. A simple question pertaining to their automated message after submitted insurance info was met with unprofessional customer service that couldn't even answer my question. Instead the response directly contradicted the automated email response. worthless
Six months still no update this is ridiculous receptionist has a attitude I’m over it like what’s taking so long
