Customer Service for claims was horrendous. I was left on hold for 50 minutes. When they finally took me off hold, they said hello and then hung up within 3 seconds. I tried calling back but was then told the office was closed. My guess was that someone wanted to get out of work as fast as they can but that shouldn't come before the customer.
