Allen & Smith Insurance

I like the price, but you have to chase them down to get answers, and call backs. Out of the 10 times that I ever called them I only spoke once to my agent and never recieved hello or welcome aboard.or a thank you for choosing us. I really do like them though.

I've had Allen & Smith ins for over 8 YEARS and am completely happy with the level of service I have gotten. They found me the best car, home and life insurance for my budget and have gone above and beyond (i.e. staying open late so I could pay my bill, working around my schedule) what I had come to expect from businesses. I'm more than pleased with this company! The staff are better than ever with the addition of more knowledgeable and friendly staff! I recommend them to everyone! Thanks!

Was told at least 3 times that I would be called back within a couple of hours, within a period of 3 days. Never called me back. My quote over email was expensive, and I didn't fill it out correctly so I was trying to get in touch with someone because I needed insurance and was aware that I hadn't filled it out correctly. Needless to say I got insurance with a company more competent and reliable then this one. Horrible experience, horrible customer service, sticking to the big names because the small scumy ones seem to just want your money.

I cannot say enough good things about Allen & Smith from their extremely accommodating, professional and courteous staff, to their most knowledge executive team that stays with you until a claim is satisfied to one's absolute satisfaction which is a rare commodity in these times we now live in. As well, their executive team does not shy away from complicated transactions, whether commercial or otherwise, and digs-in-deep until a resolutions is reached satisfactory to all involved. I personally will look no further than Allen & Smith for all my insurance needs both personally and business. If a rating higher than 5 stars were available, I certainly would give it. Top-drawer company on all fronts from top to bottom.
