We were with GHM for 8 years for home and auto. When our mortgage was sold to a new lender GHM did not: 1. make changes in a timely manner. 2. Pay escrow on time resulting in a cancellation notice on our home insurance. 3. Contact new mortgage company re: home insurance coverage AT ALL until they were contacted by us to question the issues. This was 3 weeks after GHM was notified of change and confirmed with us. 4. Wendy was nice enough to offer to call carrier re cancellation notice since we had escrow that was higher than premium. Martha took the phone from Wendy and stated they would do no such thing, they were done with my policy and SHE was canceling our policies effective 7/22. We recently changed our insurance after many years with the same agency. I called just to get a quote as part of the "Quotes for Kids" where $10 is given to a local charity for each quote they provide, regardless of whether or not you decide to go with them. I was very happy to switch to GHM Insurance Agency. They were able to give me more coverage on my home for only pennies a year more than my old policy!! My agent Mindy was not only very knowledgeable but she so easy to work with. I am very glad I decided to make that call and made the switch to GHM!
