I had insurance with my previous company for over 25 years but recently rates were rising every time my policy renewal came due. I consulted with Shannon and after some research she got me a better policy with more coverage at a much cheaper cost. She helped me get my old policy canceled and my new policy into effect. She was thorough and pleasant to work with. She did a great job for me.
