Allegiance Insurance Services

Worked with a company called Southern Oak in Florida, they only operate in the south, and only insure new construction, so I couldn't use them up here in IL. They did, however, recommend Allegiance through their locator on their site. Allegiance, and more specifically, Steve Ellis, certainly did not disappoint. Steve was instrumental in making sure I was absolutely, positively, insured with generous limits- critical in a worst case scenario, and put on a master-class in industry knowledge, culminating in a transaction where I felt completely at ease, and confident in the decisions we made together. I used to have "don't mess up" insurance- as in, "Don't mess (this) up because the insurance isn't good enough to cover it" - well, let's just say I sleep a little better at night now!

I had been with the same insurer for years, and premiums had steadily increased. I didn't have time to shop around with different companies in order to find better Home and Auto rates, so thought I would try a local insurance broker who could do it for me. Allegiance ended up finding me a new insurer with an A rating that cut my annual premiums by $500. Maggie Livingston and the staff were also great about returning my calls and answering my tedious questions...!

I moved my personal insurance needs to Allegiance a number of years ago when I found out that my old agent had been dishonest with me, as well as with my insurer. I've stayed with Allegiance ever since because I trust them to be honest in our dealings, and also find me the best possible rates for my auto, home and personal umbrella coverages. They've never disappointed me. Maggie at Allegiance was very responsive throughout my most recent insurance review, and found me a new insurer that saved me almost $500.
