Allan Diehl - State Farm Insurance Agent

I was recommended by my in-laws to use this agent as they have used them for years and had good experiences. Since contacting Bob at the beginning to get a homeowners quote and our auto policies transferred, it has been an awful experience for me. It has been very difficult to contact Bob for anything. Return calls or email replies are nearly nonexistent. I really think Bob needs a helper or something as it appears nobody else can do anything with insurance questions or issues but him.

I've had State Farm for many years for home & auto. I don't remember ever filing a claim until last month when my wife hit a deer and did about $9k of damage to our new-ish SUV. I tried to use the app to take pictures but it crashed and I was worried this was the first step in a difficult battle. However, I called them the next business day, they already were aware because I tried to use the app, and they had someone they next day at the collision center to review. A couple of days after that, they issued a check for the estimate and later another for the supplemental claim when the collision center found more damage. There were no issues with payment. It literally was one call from us and everything else was handled. I hope this doesn't happen again but, if it does, I'm confident
