My experience with all state was horrible, my vehicle was sitting four weeks waiting for an appraisal and an additional eleven day for the completion of the body work which is the time that was quoted to me by the body shop initially. My policy covered thirty days for the car rental so due to no fault of mine I was forced to go up the chain of command and was not informed until the last minute of an additional eleven days of extended rental car coverage and I did not wait until the last minute to request the extension of the car rental which was denied initially. I am awaiting approval for the the factory assist step to be installed due the adjusters attempted allowance of a cheap aftermarket replacement part to which I have yet to be contacted in regards to this issue to which my inquiry
