I’ve had a great experience working with my the staff for both my auto and renters insurance. They are always attentive, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I have a question or need assistance. It’s clear they truly care about their clients and go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly.

This is a TERRIBLE place to receive any type of insurance through. I wouldn’t even refer this company to a dog let alone a roach in a filthy corner. For one most of everyone who works in this place is RUDE. You call to speak to your broker and the receptionists take WEEKS for the broker to get back in touch; but will make sure to send out a cancellation notice of your policy. They do not take accountability for when they fall short on their end and try to blame you without acknowledging their short comings. My insurance has been cancelled on MULTIPLE occasions due to the lack of this company correcting information in order for payments to take place. Whenever I tried to call to get things corrected I would get a nasty individual on the line who makes it seem like I am unable to afford anyt

I had State Farm auto insurance for years. The service from State Farm was great, however it was costing me way too much money for both vehicles. I was introduced to Gus at All Insurance Depot and he suggested a second insurance quote and he ran 3 quotes with the exact same coverages and deductibles. In less than a day, he helped me get a new policy through him, it was several hundred dollars per month cheaper every 6 months and he sent me everything I needed. Love saving money too. Very thankful.

Progressive incompetence I received a letter stating that upon review, they will be unable to renew my policy, due to not knowing the age of the roof. In 2017 filed a claim for my roof, in 2018 had to summit a whole folder about the process of getting a new roof with pictures, copy of the contract, when it was completed in order to get the money from the claim. So now why don't they know the age of my roof? Absolutely refuse to get that folder from the claims department. why doesn't the claims department automatically put that in your folder? Making us have to resubmit this? you can't be very good if you're getting rid of customers, when you already have the information in your system. I think this is called mind-boggling stupidity.

Think twice before wasting your time looking for a quote with this agent. They do not care about new business, seems like you have to beg them to give you a quote. I contacted them on Wednesday to get a quote for my house and have not received anything, all they say is we will send you a quote soon, called a different agent and got a quote within the same day. Worst thing of all is I was referred to this place, I do not recommend them at all. Don't waste your time with this agency.
