I acknowledge that the business has a rating of 4.0, however, I am unable to evaluate any of the previous reviews. I was appreciative to receive a full refund, but my experience was less than satisfactory. After a total of seven attempts, I finally concluded that the product met my expectations. The product was of high quality.
