In the fine print, and by phone, Alliance will take at least ONE MONTH to process your claim, IF they deem you meet all the requirements. All telemarketers work from home, and there is literally no phone number or physical person to talk to in the claims department to speak with. Highly advice if you need insurance that can be used in an emergency or your strapped for cash; you go through another insurance provider or the airline.
