Just wanted to thank “Bambii” for her “c u next tuesday “ attitude. I refused to do business with them because of how rude she was and ended up saving more than $250 for the same exact policy through Progressive online. I will add that Rachel, Andrea and Carrie(I hope I spelled that right) we’re great, but Bambii’s lack of customer service got the company 1 star.
The absolute best! My agent Bambi is so kind and professional. She always answers any questions I have. Anytime I have to call the office whoever picks up the phone is great as well!
