Can’t get them to do anything and I’m a client of theirs. It took them 4 months to tell me I had MedPay. Still waiting for them to write me a check a month later. My medical bills are being sent to collections because of their incompetence. Just go with Allstate or someone else, Alfa is of no use when you’re in a car accident that was not your fault.

We have used Brian & his amazing staff for years. They are always pleasant to work with & quick to get an adjuster out on any issue we have had.
