I love Alfa! Not this agency. It was necessary to switch agents because a response to my emails & calls were unanswered 80% of the time. I had a homeowners policy with this agency. There was ONLY ONE PERSON who was eligible to respond to inquiries/requests for amendments or endorsements regarding homeowners policies. He was quite often, not in town..... I contacted the home office & had my policy transferred to a VERY GOOD agent in Dothan. I am 100% satisfied with my current agent. Thank you, Alfa!
