My daughter was involved in a vehicle accident which wasn't her fault. At the time are insurance was State Farm. I filed a claim with State Farm instead of going through the other drivers insurance (Alfa Insurance). State Farms claim department gave us the run around and the wait times by phone were long and miserable. I then decided to have Alpha Insurance take over the claim. They were professional, no wait times, gave us above the estimate damage, and courteous with every phone call. After the claim was finished, we decided to switch insurance companies due to the excellent experience through Alpha. The plus side, I'm saving money and more coverage on my house too! Unlike Allstate ins, who did not even send an adjuster to see the car, which ended up being crushed without my knowledge, Alfa NEVER has a problem promptly going to inspect the car and does not delay the repairs. This accident happened late afternoon yesterday and I will have news by Monday. This is Friday! They are great. Maybe a little higher but worth it in the long run.
