Mike gets a 1 star review for lying about adjusters. According to him when I filed a claim there was only one local. The main reason for the 1 star is the adjuster assigned Tate Parker. He did not come to my house until 5 days after I filed a claim. He walked in to my side door and said it won’t reach my deductible. He did not walk through the house, and a direct quote is “your bathroom floor is designed to get wet.” He said it was tile, it was vinyl. $15,000 of damage later he got upset, started cursing me out, so I asked for his supervisor. Instead of conducting business he read off the same number as his office, and hung up on me. My daughter and I were without a place to stay for two weeks until insurance kicked in. He groaned every chance he could from the original replacement estimat
