Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere! Unfortunately, my experience with Alfa Insurance, particularly with claims agents Tyler and Stephanie, has been extremely disappointing. Throughout the claims process, communication was consistently poor. I often had to follow up multiple times just to receive basic updates, and when I did get responses, they were vague and unhelpful. Tyler seemed disinterested in genuinely assisting me, often brushing off my concerns or redirecting responsibility. Stephanie, on the other hand, gave conflicting information, which only caused more confusion and delays. Rather than working to resolve the claim efficiently and professionally, both agents came across as dismissive and unwilling to advocate for a fair outcome. I expected more from Alfa Insurance, espec
