It was a pleasure working with Josh I had been with State farm for many years State farm kept going up up up up up up they have had huge increases in pricing just in the last year. And went and checked around Josh had ran the numbers and actually when I went in the policy got better on pricing and better coverage they also run progressive insurance. So I'm quite happy my rates are back to normal where they were and with better coverage. State farm almost doubled with that same type of coverage. So I highly recommend checking them out.

I was a little sad to find out Mr. Harden was no longer my insurance agent, but Mrs. Brooks is phenomenal as well. She is very sweet and tries her best to help you as much as she can. I definitely recommend her to anyone who’s looking for an insurance agent.

No need for a good neighbor…. When you have an amazing agent!!! Our home flooded due to a water leak. With in 2 days we had the claims adjuster at our home , claim filed , and repairs started. Payment was in my hand within the week. I cannot truly express my gratitude and appreciation for not only Alfa , but for Crystal walking with us and helping ensure we were taking care of. That’s customer service!!!!

Crystal wrote our home owners policy earlier this year and as first time home buyers, there were several unknowns with the entire home buying process. She streamlined her portion and made it very simple on our end. Three months into owning the home, our family’s iMac hard drive blew after doing an update that was unsupported by the “vintage” device. I asked Crystal what our options were and she had a claim submitted within 3 hours. The following day we were told our claim was accepted and a reimbursement check was on its way. Had Crystal not gotten us such a competitive policy we would’ve been out $2500 for doing a recommended Apple update. We have been with progressive and USAA in the past but never received the service we have with Alfa. We will be with Alfa for a very long time 🙌🏼

Brandon Carlson was amazing! He helped quote my auto insurance and was able to lower my payments every month, saving me $50 every month! He was extremely professional and had everything taken care of promptly. Highly recommend Alfa and especially Brandon Carlson as an agent!
