Our home had a pipe burst on a weekend night. Jeff immediately jumped into action and recommended a company to come out and clean up the aftermath to stop further damage. If you want to be treated like a person and not number, Don Blevins is the guy to talk to. He will spend the time and listen to what kind of insurance you are wanting. He always keeps a positive attitude. Been doing business with Don for years and will continue to do business. I have had to make a couple of claims over the years and never once have I had any issues, and there was no stress. They handled all of it. Call State Farm with a roof claim and see what a headache it is. Made a claim with Alfa, the adjuster was awesome, and had a check in the mail a couple of days later with NO stress. It was as simple as me calling Don, adjuster came out, had a check for a new roof. Just that simple. Don and his staff are nice as they can be. Highly recommend.

Don Blevins is a great communicator and will do great things to get you the best deals possible on your insurance. In 10 years of trying to find the best combined policy for my home and vehicles, no other agency has come close to the satisfaction I have felt from the ease of communication, low cost and overall value.
