I’ve used Gene Mills Alfa Insurance since I moved to Alabama in 2013, and they’ve earned every one of these five stars. I wouldn't recommend Alfa to my worst enemy. They overcharge! They wanted around $500 a month for my 2004 Mustang Cobra (full coverage) and 2000 Toyota Tacoma (liability). I switched to Progressive and bought a six month policy for less than what Alfa wanted for ONE MONTH. Ever since I've had Alfa I've had nothing but problems out of them. When you call the main office they talk in circles and NEVER give direct answers. Even after I dropped their insurance they are still trying to bill me for something that I do NOT owe. Guess they think I'm stupid. The day that I dropped Alfa Insurance there was a big black cloud lifted off me head and I haven't looked back since!
Alfa insurance is a terrific Company! House, life, car etc. had it for 12 years. ❤️
