Alexis Smith - State Farm Insurance Agent

I am a former client of Scottie Campbell's. When he retired we were tranferred to an agent in Florence but requested to be moved to Alexis, since Lake City as closer to us. Best decision! My husband used to handle all the insurance so this is new to me. Everyone that I have dealt with in the office has been so patient and helpful....they talk to me like I am their most important client. SO glad I made the switch to Alexis Smith and her team....they are the absolute best!

Alexis, Brenda, and Debra are such wonderful people to work with. They are knowledgeable, kind and patient. They answer questions appropriately and in a timely manner. They inform you about discounts that many other agencies wouldn't. StateFarm in Lake City will always be my number one pick for all my insurance needs. Give them a try first before going elsewhere.
