He prices based on needs as well as exposure. He explains everything clearly. His entire team/office are helpful & personable. At the end of the day we need insurance but don’t want to overpay. I've been using this company since I bought my house 10 years ago. They are thorough, dedicated, and always there when you need them. I went through a catastrophic flood several years ago, and they walked me through the entire process. Excellent company, if you're not familiar with the ins and outs of insurance policies especially in South Florida where there are so many flood zones, do yourself a favor and let them handle your policies. I would give them 10 Stars if I could.

Very solid operation. I've personally used them and referred them to numerous clients over the years. They can broker out really competitive policies and can "problem solve" to find good companies for hard to insure homes. I've dealt with both Steve Greep and Jonathan Tate and would recommend both.
