Can’t say enough positive about Jennifer! Unfortunately our home owners policy was recently not renewed, as many across Texas are experiencing. Jennifer worked hard, and was extremely patient, answering all our questions and helping us find even better coverage than before. We have our home and cars with Sanford and Tatum, and have had for decades. Very thankful for them!

Read the fine print with these people because they are very dishonest and condescending. I can’t imagine how disastrous they would be to deal with in the event of a claim when you have to argue to get refunds. Buyer beware!!!! A better agency would have explained the pros and cons of cancelling a policy within hours of it going into effect. And poor explanations for underwriter keeping money for an entire term for equipment removed two months in. Had to constantly press the issue to have this money returned. Waiting 10 months so far.

We are a national organization in town and I recommend Sanford & Tatum every chance I get! We are a small business and utilize them for our health insurance and other insurance policies--I never feel like we are on the backburner because we are small. They are EXTREMELY responsive, always kind, break it down to you in layman's terms and are always ready to help however you might need it. THIS is who you should use for an insurance broker--small or large business!

Horrible experience. Came in trying to get a bonded title insurance policy. There was almost no one in the office. Waited for 20 min only to be told that we don’t do policies like that except for our customers. I live in Florida and was in Lubbock to get a bonded title policy for my granddaughter that lives in Lubbock. Even if I still lived in Lubbock I wouldn’t give these people a chance at my business even if they were cheaper. Terrible
