Horrible customer service! He is never available. Office is closed during regular business hours. Staff does not know what is going on I have never dropped an agency or complained about an agent before but something is wrong with this agency. They will sell you and you will not be able to get even talk to him again.

Terrible place to get insurance from. They will steal your money and renew your policy without your permission. Do not do business with them if you don't want to get ripped off. I notified them verbally and by email not to renew my policy and I was charged for a renewal anyways. Never even got the full refund back.

Alex, is nothing less than amazing. I requested, he replace our previous Allstate agent. We purchased a new car, added it to our current allstate policy (it went up $100 per month) and when my went husband add me, our previous agent stated it was going to be expensive based on my driving record. I called the previous agent to clear the air & he insinuated that I was a liar. Frustrated, I started shopping new companies. During, that process I decided to contact a different agent within Allstate to see if I can get different results. I was able to reach Alex due to his later office hours. My current policy expired within 24 hours, Alex didn't let his office hours prevent him from addressing my time sensitive situation and getting me the best results for our family.
