Really good agents.

Pretty terrible company if I could give 0 stars I would. I signed up for them because they offered the best rates. They apparent put in my date of birth wrong I don't know how you mistaken 1993 for 1990 but regardless I went in to have it fixed back in October 2014 which a representative told me it was and that my rates would not be increased. Fast forward to March 2015 date of birth still incorrect and when I tried to have it fixed again they said my rates would go up almost $100. I suggest if you can find another company with prices that are competitive choose the other company this one is full of dumb a$$es

The owner Melanie Conte is the MOST RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, POWER TRIPPIN(see u next Tuesday) I've ever had the DISPLEASURE of speaking to IN MANY MANY YEARS!!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY!!!! THEY ARE RUDE AND DO NOT TAKE PROPER CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS OR EMPLOYEES!!!! CANCEL YOUR POLICIES AND TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!! YOU'LL THANK ME LATER!!!!

I was having the most craziest day everything that went wrong,went wrong . I needed some car ins bad I didn't know what to do but thanks to a beautiful angel name Maria Najera at Alco Ins my day went beautiful after meeting her, shehelp me somuch I think I'm going to marry her only if I wasn't married already thank u Maria
