Alan Gubler - State Farm Insurance Agent

I honestly don’t even know where to start because working with Jesica has been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! And… this is insurance we’re talking about, which is not something people usually get excited about. But somehow she made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and dare I say… enjoyable. What really sets her apart is how insanely knowledgeable she is. She knows her stuff inside and out and was able to walk me through different coverage options, explain why certain things mattered, and point out details I never would have thought to ask about. She made sure I understood exactly what I was getting, why it was a good fit for me. I highly recommend doing insurance here.

Buyer beware: you will not receive the support they advertise, and you will be responsible for managing every step of the process if anything goes wrong. We have had State Farm as our insurance provider for multiple policies over the past two years, and the customer service has been a joke. During that time, we have spoken to our agent only a handful of times: to set up the policies initially, after property damage from a fire (which was not our home), and most recently following a car accident (in which we were not at fault). When our neighbor’s home burned down, a portion of our fence was damaged and needed repair. We contacted Alan Gubler’s office and were told that we needed to reach out to the homeowner of the destroyed property ourselves to obtain any information regarding the fence

State Farm has always been our go to for all of our insurance needs. Home, Auto and Life insurance policies have always been through State Farm, Alan Gubler and staff are helpful in all areas and a joy to work with. I highly recommend this office for great service in all areas.
