0 stars for customer service and transparency. I stopped by today (Saturday) since I am unavailable during the week because I work. I called about 2-3 weeks ago and got their generic voicemail. I left a voicemail requesting a call back to explain the increase in my monthly premium with a call back number. No one ever called. Their hours of operation for Saturday show 12:30pm on their sign outside their business/online is says they close at 1pm. I showed up at 11:50am and no one was here. Honestly, super disappointed with their service. I stopped by to cancel the insurance and I cannot even do that. 0/10 recommend doing business with this insurance. Take your business elsewhere. Stopped to write this review before I left the location and saw the owner pull out of the parking lot at around 1

NO STAR HORRIBLE!!! THEY DONT EXPLAIN ANY THING, THEY DON’T EVEN KNOW WHAT THERE DOING, THEY DON’T KNOW ALLSTATE RULES, THE PERSON THATS IN FRONT DOSENT KNOW ANYTHING, THE PERSON IN THE BACK TO LASY TO GET OUT OF HER SEAT AND EXPLAIN OVIOUS BECAUSE SHE DOSENT CARE AND KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOIN ITS A VERY LONG STORY CHECK THIS THE PERSON IN FRONT SHE GAVE ME A COPY OF MY CARDS NON EXPIRED WITH NO POLICY ACTIVE HOW I DONT KNOW, IF YOU ARE IN THE ALLSTATE RENTERIA MAKE SURE YOU HAVE WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR, OR YOUR POLACY IS ACTIVE OR THE BEST CHANGE ANGENT LOTS MY POLICY, NOW I HAVE TO GET ANOTHER COMPANY AND PAY MORE THANKS TO ALLSTATE RENTERIA

Atención gente España no vengan a este negocio Renterias ya no está aquí y los que están atendiendo son peores que una basura. I have been a customer for over 6 years and it was an excellent agent Renterias but since Renterias bought other businesses he left other people running his business it’s been terrible customer service the two front women and the manager are unethical.They think they are making you a favor by being a customer I feel bad for Renterias he worked too hard to get his business a success, I requested to change Agent including payments and everything or I will canceling my policy.

All in all being a part of Allstate is great. I have had Allstate for over 10 years now. However, when this agency needs something from me, I would have to send the items 3 or more times because someone in the office misplaced my paperwork. For example, I had to re-fax my brother's Drivers license 3 times because the office did not follow through with one another. I had called to ensure the office received it and someone would say yes, however, I would receive a call from another office assistance stating they did not receive it. At one point, the corporate Allstate even sent me a non-renewal because my brother's drivers license information was not updated in the system. It was very frustrating because now I dont live in San Diego and calling and faxing back numerous times to their local a

Been with this Allstate for more than 10 years. Not very helpful when it comes to telephone follow ups. I don't call often, but when I do it's rather important. Their agents will tell you, "I'll check and call you back", and they never do. This happened perhaps 3 times to me within the past 12 months, it's unsatisfactory. And then I show up in person to follow up about the call-back, they will attempt to excuse themselves with the "there was too much work", "I was sidetracked" or "you didn't answer" Bs. No matter what excuse, I appreciate honesty more than inflated language. Lastly, it's disappointing when I'm told by an all-state agent that my case will be reviewed and I will receive a follow up with a call the same day and then be left out, it's one if there is no agreement.. but y
