AJ Morales Insurance

Update: within a few hours of this review, they called and sent me proof of cancellation. I've yet to receive a refund and my bank will not stop the automatic payment if Safeco decides to take it out anyway. They were very helpful in the beginning. They had to cut coverages to make it within my budget. I realized three days after I paid them and had the insurance, that my old company was cheaper and offered more coverage at a better rate. I called and texted and emailed their office, I spoke with two people other than AJ and they both said they would cancel the policy and send me a confirmation. Jose Luis Cavazos came through for the win! My guy was quick and very assertive and attentive for us. I was in need of home insurance ASAP and he worked up plans for us to choose from. Who doesn’t enjoy options?
