Deceptive Practices, Incompetent Service, and Zero Accountability I paid Aims a $729 broker fee (56% of my annual premium) expecting expert advice, personalized service, and transparency — all the things a broker is legally and ethically obligated to provide. What I got instead was misinformation, manipulation, and service so poor it almost left me uninsured. I first worked with Giovanni, who told me I needed a CA FAIR Plan plus a DIC policy through Bamboo. He claimed the FAIR Plan quote would take days, then a week later left a voicemail with no callback number. When I called the office, Victoria refused to give his contact and insisted on restarting the quote herself. She bulldozed through the process, asking for mortgage info before providing a quote, and gave clearly false informatio
