Thx young lady couldn’t find the forms we asked for. She told us to call the main office. She seemed to have had no clue about anything Aflac related. At least she was nice
It took a whole 10mins trying to locate which suite they were located in, because they wouldn't answer their phone for 25mins. When approached door they just let you know they're closed through the locked door... not at least inquiring about my info to reachout to me later. All I was desiring was a information packet... I wouldn't have mind returning for any questions I may need to ask thereof.
