purchased Aflac about two years ago. I thought it would be a good idea to have insurance because I’ve been injured before at work and I know what it’s like to go through the process and how stressful of a financial situation you could get into during the process. I was denied my claim the first time because the doctor did not put down an expected return to wok date on the form however she did put my actual return to work date on the form then I had to go back to the doctors office and bug them to write an expected return date which didn’t make any sense. The second time I was denied because my employer did the exact same thing. No expected return to work date but an actual return to work date, ridiculous.
