Aflac Insurance Agent Miriam Watkins

My agent is Miriam Watkins, she is the Best. She is always ready and willing to assist me when adding or deleting policies. She is very knowledgeable when I have questions regarding my policies and claims. She is very friendly and has a open door and phone call policy. She is quick to respond if you leave her a message. And if she doesn't have the answer; which is rare, she will get it. She is even willing to assist with other agents clients when needed. She was there for me during a trying time in my life and she showed herself as an agent and as a Friend. In my opinion she is the Aflac Agent of the Year every year.

Whatever you do do not get Aflac their customer service is terrible I had a claim filed and file the wrong paper rather than informing me that I filed the wrong paper Aflac and infinite wisdom denied the claim outright so I call to find out why and they say you sent the wrong paper so I send the right paper by fax but they never received it open I have proof that I sent it and it was received by somebody at their office but their customer service department says that they cannot find it and want me to resend it again taking up my time my energy in my effort to do something again that could have been done at the very beginning of all this if they would have just told me here we are next year and still haven't gotten anything done go anywhere for insurance but Aflac
