If I could leave a 0, I would. I have called Aflac over 25 times since September trying to get my direct deposit setup since I left my group policy. I sent in 2 checks and they lost both. I even have a signed copy stating it was delivered and received by an Aflac employee. I have asked to speak to a manager regarding the issue several times and have not gotten a response and am still waiting for a call. I have spent over 15hrs on hold and explaining the issue. Additionally, I have received several different responses regarding my documents, but I did everything on my end; they just keep dropping the ball. At this point, the money is just sitting in the account waiting to come out. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever received; as a customer with them for over 8 years,
