The worst experience we have ever had with any company. After decades of premiums we made one claim. My wife tripped, and a few weeks later her shoulder still hurt. So, she made an appointment with her regular physician. Unforunately, this led to Dr. visits, rehab, rotator cuff surgery and weeks of missed work. AFLAC covered nothing. NOTHING. They originally claimed that they didn't have to cover any accidents that weren't reported within 72 hours. Later they passed off the blame to a secondary complany that they had hired. Still, they didn't cover what their ads promised or what they promised our company when they sold us on AFLAC in the early 2000s. After years of complaints, one rep finally sent us a reimbursement for the surgery, but not the accident. Never, ever do business with this

I would not waste a penny on AFLAC! They want to take premiums every month but do not want to pay out! When you do file a claim, they extend things out so long and try to give the run around, demanding repetitive paperwork, and then more of the same, til people get tired of trying and just give up!

I see the other reviews. I don't think I should have to do anything. I'm currently 6 thousand dollars in medical debt. Under collections. Aflac hasn't done anything to cover me. In our open enrollment I'm cancelling my policy. What should have happened was I should have been handed an Aflac insurance card. And all this handled by you. Instead a corporate grab at money by making it as difficult as possible to file a claim.

You May or May Not get paid out for the policy you have set up.. One thing is for sure, Aflac customer service is a joke and you will waste hours begging these independent employees to care.. wouldnt recommend unless you got days to waste of your life looking for a penny payout.

The worst costumer service I have ever dealt with, by far. Keep away from them. They will keep deducting from you bank account even after you cancel your policy!!!’ Trying to get your money back is impossible and every time I speak to customer service, even supervisors, I get a different answer. They are completely lost and have no consistency in their answers. Their in service training for customer service must be the worst!!!! My wife and I have been trying to get a refund, since November of last year. Nothing. We have called a total of (8) times over the months with nothing being done. Have spoke to customer service and supervisors, Amanda, Sonja, Marcelo, Elisha, Tabatha and Asia, over the course of these months. All of them did nothing. What a horrible company!!!!!
