Great service! Set me up with health insurance and SNAP EBT food benefits without me having to fill out alot of paperwork! Just answered a few questions and they did everything for me!
Very bad costumer service. I got there to get some information about health insurance program but those girls working there were like passing me from one to the other because according them, none of them had the time to answer my question. At the end I left with not answer.
The worst Customer Service ever I call the Affinity number and no one picks up, I called for a month and stayed on hold for 46 minutes every time and no one comes to the phone, this is not great customer Service at all, no one picks up the phone. Whoever is the head person who runs affinity really needs to reevaluate his or her company
It's good but for renewals you have to wait
