Affiliated Insurance

I own a small business and Affiliated has been easy to work with to cover our health insurance needs for our group. Theresa Wilson is great and very responsive. I read the negative reviews and would say that if someone has questions about their already existing Blue Cross policy and they are not Affiliated customers that their questions should be directed to Florida Blue directly. However, since I did purchase a Florida Blue policy through Affiliated, I have found them to be most helpful and responsive in answering all of my questions about my policy, the renewals, etc.

Sylvia was so helpful in getting my claims in order and assisting in filling them out with me. She's a huge blessing❣❣❣
