Fiance of 10 years has been insured with them through her job, about 8 years shes been with them, shes stage 3 lung cancer and this piece of garbage comany keeps denying EVERY SINGLE procedure. Wont cover surgery for when she had half her lung taken out, wont cover MRI over 15 appeals This company will delay your procedures and deny you service until YOU are in the dirt, this place is actively killing our family

I couldn't go lower then zero . Aetna is the worst they gave $500 on a visa card to use for anything 6 months later it went to $300 and now with in the year took off another $80 so I get $220 now with prices going thru the roof how are people to survive. Then gave me benefits and now took half of them away and won't pay for others . Please run to someone else like me to someone that actually cares and won't do the sneaky stuff Aetna did to me they tell you what you want to hear they are only out for Almighty dollar

They are horrible. Won’t cover simple medical and dental procedures after I pay hundreds every month. I think they despise deaf people and try to take advantage of us and hope we won’t complain.

Just had a phone call with Ruth, unfortunately to discuss a complaint regarding an in-home health visit with a representative from Signify Health. Ruth was very helpful and professional, and conducted herself in a courteous and respectful manner. She listened carefully to all my concerns. I appreciated that she took the timeto talk with me and tolisten to my concerns .

Hello I want the world to know about AETN. he best Union Health Insurance. Wow I am blessed to be under your coverage guys. And the good from that is the staff is Extraordinary, very helpful. Thanks to Madame Kristien who stayed for 1 hour on the line with me trying to find and speak with the in network providers. Kind of employee like her is a full asset to the company.
