Also reviewing based off the customer service. Overall oddly curt when answering questions if you’re speaking with the female representative, I didn’t grab a name. If you’re considering becoming a client for them, make sure you study all insurance related jargon and information before calling - otherwise you won’t get any help understanding what to look for. Was also told that one vehicle collision in 3-5 years was cause to not have them find a provider. This could be completely true, but make sure you don’t ask for clarification on anything as you’ll be met with a nonchalant attitude. Just accept the vague 3-5 year timeline as the next answer you’ll receive will be just as unhelpful as the last. I feel like if I had asked if zero collisions was too many I’d have gotten the same answer.

Advantage Partners is the best MGA an agent could ask for. The entire team is helpful, friendly, and beyond knowledgeable. The turnaround time is fast and efficient.

If customer service is important to you, look elsewhere. I haven’t experienced this level of rudeness and lack of professionalism in years. I spoke with Justine, who I’d recommend switch to a role that is not client facing.
